Dining
Since the opening in late 2012; Baccomatto Osteria has delivered a no-fuss approach to Italian food & wine. Baccomatto uses the freshest of ingredients including all their pasta made fresh on a daily basis. Come and taste the selection of tapas-style starters, mains and desserts at our rustic Italian eatery today.
Baccomatto Osteria also houses our daily breakfast here at the Cambridge Hotel.

Breakfast is served in a buffet style and includes hot dishes such as toast, hash browns, bacon, eggs of your choice, sausages, a selection of fruit, museli and yoghurt, all topped off with your choice of Italian coffee.

Raita Noda
Located in the ADGE lobby, Raita Noda, formerly Head Chef of Ocean Room, has created an intimate and personal atmosphere, serving only omakase (chef‘s selection) in a 10-course degustation for 8 guests at a time. Raita makes all food on the spot in front of his guests expertly displaying some of the exquisite techniques used to create the washoku dishes.?

Car Parking
Car parking is available. This is situated beneath the Cambridge Hotel Sydney, with the entrance located off Lower Campbell Lane.
Parking is not suitable for large Sedans and SUV‘s, as there is a height clearance of 1.8m. There is also a steep upward entry point, low profile cars may have difficulty on entry and exit which may cause damage. The hotel accepts no liability for any damage. Spaces cannot be guarantee. The closest car park with a height allowance of 1.98 meters is located on corner of Elizabeth & Goulburn Street.
